Arthur Cantu
I have forum posts created for new applications, the status updates automatically posting there is great. However when something is put on hold, we have to then go to the application thread, either edit that on hold post or make a new reply explaining what is needed or why it is on hold. I think it would be helpful and more efficient to have an editor form on the update application status modal, that will append to the update post, as well as include in the notification, and update to the application status page (front end). Speaking of the front end application status, suggested additions: Link to forum thread if applicable in settings historical list of status changes include data from editor form if used. Arthur Cantu
Editor form would be most versatile, but even a text form with content wrapped in an ipsMessage would work, style based on the status chosen.
Administrators Jon Erickson Posted November 8, 2018 Administrators Share Posted November 8, 2018 I like all these options and will work to include them in the next update!
