Application & New Users

I have been browsing the demo for a couple days. This is my first major take away.

I noticed that there is no true outside user application system for external use. Unless I am missing it.... please let me know if I am.

When I worked for MLG we had a very similar system and internal control panel for personnel management, general HR, and staff functionality.

When people would apply, the application created the account, and once accepted, you could generate their personnel file, user notes, and pending actions all from accepting the app.

I'd like to use this for our group but it seems like I would have to have applications and entry level operations elsewhere then add them to PERSCOM once app was accepted.

I consulted on the MLG build after the acquisition of Gamebattles in 2007 - I'm a big fan of this system (this is a great base) and would love to assist.

I firmly believe an expanded user notes (suggested back in 2020) and a pending staff action feature is a million dollar idea missing from this program.

To clarify - it seems like a potential member of the group would have to register an account as a "user". Then complete a "form". If we wanted an application on file.

Just wondering if there is not a way to expand on that.
