k.cavazos
Is there a way to change what users have access to? Seems as though all users have access to forms and api.
k.cavazos
So I was able to figure out that if you delete the role of "user" the important items that should only be admin go away. But that does not make much sense. Is there a way to correct the "user" role to not see the API and Admin things?
Administrators Jon Erickson Posted February 14 Administrators Share Posted February 14 This was a bug and has been fixed in the latest release. Users only with the manage:api permission can see the API section now. k.cavazos
Is there a way to manipulate what they see as users. Only thing I see that may need adjusting is the ability to see submissions. And the forum and submitting a ticket. I don’t think a general user needs that.
Administrators Jon Erickson Posted February 14 Administrators Share Posted February 14 The default User role has the create:submision permission. You can create your own roles and assign the permissions you want if you'd like to change the behavior.
