So in short my suggestion is have for awards a ladder set.

So making it like if someone gets awarded a medal/ribbon and perscom sees this individual already has one it knows than what it should give instead of 2 or more of the same awards on a persons profile.

oh and also have for awards on Perscom.io that awards can be put in a order of Seniority.

So that the one on top of the list of awards is the most senior award and thus will always be presented as first up front.
