This will all have to be done via the Invision native theme template system in your ACP. You can proceed to the PERSCOM group and edit each HTML template used to display the roster.

Thank you for that. 

Two other questions. How do I customise the enlistment application form? I would like to see what is on there before customisation and add my own items. 

Second question is, how can I show the steam logo and have it linked to a members steam ID on the personnel page. I have seen them next to the country flags. When I go to customise the soldier row I do not see the option.
