Chairsofter101
I am attempting to organize the PERSCOM, and for some reason one of my Sergeants is showing up above his element lead, a SSgt. The other units show the correct order, I just can't fix the one person. Also, is there a way to make it so only specific people can see and process applications without making them a moderator or admin? Thanks
O.Ellis
We sometimes get issues when sorting our rosters out, the best thing you could do is just reshuffle the order a couple of times and see if that fixes it. Below is our setting. PERSCOM Permissions Create a new group under Members -> Members -> Groups. Head over to Members -> Staff -> Administrators. Click on +Add Administrator and select the recently created group. This will make that group an administrator group with unrestricted access. Modify the newly created group and ensure restricted is selected which will make the permissions appear. Go to each menu (Systems, Calendar, Pages, Converter, PERSCOM, etc) and ensure to deselect "Grant access to ....]. Head back over to the PERSCOM menu within the group permissions and select "Grant access to PERSCOM Soldier Management System?" Make sure to deselect every permission within the PERSCOM permissions except for "Applications". Under Applications -> Applications: Make sure can update application settings and can add an application are deslected. Under Applications -> Custom Fields: make sure they're not able to view, add, edit, and delete a custom field. Your Application permissions should look like this: Click Save and to add somebody to said group go to Members -> Members -> Members, select a member and put the newly created group as their secondary group. Below is our setting. I tried to reset and resort a bunch of times and it didn't sort properly. My First Element's HQ is sorted properly, but not 1 Element's subordinate units or Element 2 HQ. Administrators Jon Erickson Posted October 15, 2022 Administrators Share Posted October 15, 2022 Next, I would verify your ranks and combat positions are sorted properly. We do have settings related to rank sorting specifically that you may play with as well.
