PERSCOM: New Invision Install- template errors

Recommended Posts

Hello-

Just spun up a brand new Invision site and acquired PERSCOM from the marketplace. Under Applications, however, it shows "Custom".  As well, when I enable the application it is throwing multiple template errors on the main forums page (below) and never shows the menu items. However, with this being completely new I have not yet made any template changes of any kind, it is really 100% out of box still and PERSCOM was to be the very first thing added to give it a try.

Any ideas appreciated!

(New to both Invision and PERSCOM so if there is something simple I should be trying as a "turn it off and back on" type step that is also appreciated 🙂 )

  • 2 weeks later...

Sorry for the delay- coming back online with various projects after the holidays.  We uninstalled/reinstalled and it looks like things are working just fine now.

Now in the Applications list it shows the text below. No longer says "custom".  As well, when enabled no longer throwing those template errors, now giving a notice that we are on a development license with quotas, which I assume is expected.

Many thanks!!
