Matthew Hawkins Posted May 4, 2021 Share Posted May 4, 2021 I just transferred PERSCOM from my cloud-hosted server to a self-hosted one. PERSCOM update posted today, but when I go to the marketplace and select "install", it tells me PERSCOM is already installed - but I definitely don't have the most recent version. Administrators Jon Erickson Posted May 24, 2021 Administrators Share Posted May 24, 2021 Matthew, I believe we have this fixed for you but for others, you must submit a support ticket and we will run a plug-in to switch the application from manual to marketplace. If you are upgrading/setting up a new installation of IPB, IPB will take you through a similar process.
