J. Busby
I can't identify if this is an INVISION SOFTWARE issue or a Perscom issue. All images uploaded specifically to the perscom module are not loading. Attached are how the images are currently appearing, what they look like on the back end, and the error that's thrown when trying to open the image in a new tab. NOTE: I'm aware the images on the back end show 0 data. They used to though and upon any attempt to upload a new image it fails with an "unknown error". Administrators Jon Erickson Posted December 17, 2020 Administrators Share Posted December 17, 2020 That’s correct. That is an error from AWS S3 letting you know the images are not accessible. The S3 bucket needs to be set to public. Also, this is not a PERSCOM error but rather related to your file storage settings in IPB.
