Would be beneficial to have a different sort method for Supervisor selection. Currently sorts by ID and with a lot of soldiers will be hard to find the specific one. Sort by last name would probably be better. (Enlistment app process, edit soldier) Also add supervisor selection to New Assignment Record as transfers will often include a change in leadership.

I think it would be beneficial to have an option to change the soldier's status when adding a new Assignment Record. Different assignments may have applicable status changes such as for us, Retired, Leave of Absence, or from either of those back to active.

I think it would be beneficial to have a batch add combat record and batch add awards like we have the batch service record. I thought there was one for awards at one point but I don't see it now. Awards would be great so if I have a list of 40 people getting ACM, I don't have to do each individually. Combat records also if I have 40 people attending a mission, same concept.

Title says it all. Add option to change the soldier's IPB username when processing the application. Also when promotion or demotion is applied.

Can we have an option to set how many records are shown in the soldier's profile page when viewing Combat, Service, and Assignment Records? Its at 15 now and I think it would be nice to show more, or at least have the option to choose how many are shown. Or is this something I can already do?
