  1. Hi! it's possible to add logs when adding/subtracting points? Currently, the administrator doesn't have any way to confirm if promo points were or nor added correctly to the soldier
  2. Thanks for the info! BTW, I'm trying to re-validate my PayPal account, but I'm getting an error before the payment confirmation: I've added an alternative payment gateway (credit card), but I cannot confirm the purchase using this new payment method. (no option to NOT use PayPal) Thanks!
  3. Hey @Jon Erickson do you have any update regarding this feature? From my point of view, it's one highest priority has. Customizable actions after a PAF acceptance would mean a huge improvement in terms of agile and effective personnel processing Thanks!!
  4. Update: It changes the image of the post author when the user submits a topic, but not in the user profile view
  5. Thanks! Yes, I've bought it and I think that is not working as it should. I've already tried to re-install it. Any suggestion? After beeing promoted:
  6. Hey everyone! I'm not sure if this is the right forum to this topic, so feel free to move it if is not. The question is about profile pictures. Does PERSCOM update it once the solider is promoted? In case not, could this feature be part of the roadmap? Thanks!
  7. Hey everyone! As far as I understand, in PERSCOM 2.0 we are not changing the primary group anymore (I'm okay with this definition). But, I remember that with PERSCOM 1.0 we used to change the primary group once the application was processed, right? Shouldn't we do the same in 2.0? Right now the secondary group is added when the user submits the application and I don't have the possibility to give "limited" access to the applicant. From my point of view, the secondary group should be applied once the application is processed. As admin, I want to reserve the rights of decline the application and not compromise private information. What do you think? PS: Sorry for the bad English!
  8. Nice improvement! And the obvious question is... timeframe for the next upgrade? Thanks!
  9. Great!!! I think I don't have the URL dev site. Can I have it? Thanks! Nevermind, I found it!
  10. Totally agree. That's what I was talking about. Thanks!
  11. For each rank, a TIG/TIS should be reached by the soldier to get promoted. PERSCOM could manage that and even let you know when a soldier is eligible to be promoted Thanks!
  12. We are adding promo points per drill attendance. In our case, is 1 per week (or more if is necessary). If the soldier doesn't show up, then no promo points are assigned. Same scenario for missions. Also, I'm adding extra promo points for DMOS. Sure, I can add them manually but would be great to have an automatic process using attendance record of the calendar RSVP
  13. Also maybe adding points on every event. Battle Drills > If the solider is present then add x point/s Combat Mission > If the soldier is present then add x point/s I'm pretty sure that there's a long roadmap regarding "promo points" feature Thanks!
  14. Thanks! I was approving the PAR with a non PERSCOM user Solved!
  15. This issue is not related with PERSCOM. I'm having troubles with friendly URLs. This topic can be closed
  16. Hey! I'm having some errors, maybe someone can help me.. 17. Update: I've enabled rewrite URLs within the ACP, but now I'm getting a 404 not found IPS4 system error. (code 1S160/2) every time I try to acces a personnel file, or the Administrative Roster.
  18. Hey everyone! After moving from 1.1 to 1.2, I'm not being able to properly access a personnel file. When I click over the soldier's name to access the personnel file, I'm being redirected to my site's home page. Curious thing is that the URL is correct, I mean, when I click over a soldier, I'm being redirected to http://www.armacls.com/index.php?/perscom/personnel/soldier/1-pablo-duro/, but I see my home page Here is a short gif for better understanding. https://i.gyazo.com/38db4836b048dfbc2ff507476610d921.mp4 Any ideas? Thanks!
  19. Hey! I've noticed that "Application Status" doesn't disappear from PERSCOM Dropdown menu (on the header) after being processed. I think that to avoid a misunderstanding, once the application is processed, it should disappear from the header. In case that you cannot make it go away, maybe it's a good idea to change the literal to "See Application" once is processed Cheers! PD: I didn't know where to upload this topic, cause maybe it's not a feature request, but a bug
  20. Hey! Since I've installed PERSCOM, I've noticed that I'm missing some images, like country flag and perscom icon over the ACP I'm using XAMPP with PHP7 to host the suite Does anybody have any ideas on how to solve this? PERSCOM Icon Missing: Flag Icon Missing: Thanks!
  21. Hi! I think It would be great if, after "end date" of a calendar event passes, an automatic combat record is generated over the assistant's personnel files Of course, PERSCOM wouldn't be able to add detailed info on it, just event title Keep up the good work! Pablo
